Secure Your Package
Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original laboratory grading reports and documentation.
Ship to Robinson’s
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition and authenticity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
